Redesigning a Power PCB for Voltage Upgrade and Component Optimization
An overseas customer in the clothing manufacturing industry faced performance issues with their machines due to an outdated power supply PCB. Honfu helped redesign the PCB by upgrading chipsets, replacing obsolete components, and optimizing the layout to support higher voltage demands. After successful testing, we moved forward with mass production of the new design.
Helping Overseas Factories Upgrade PoE Surveillance Deployment Using Existing Cabling
An overseas toy manufacturing factory customer needed to deploy multiple IP cameras across a wide production area with complex existing cabling to improve on-site production management and security monitoring efficiency. Since some areas already had coaxial or twisted-pair cables installed, rewiring would have resulted in higher installation costs. Honfu Technology helped the customer adopt the Honfu HFCE1X1 PoE coaxial/twisted-pair extender to extend network transmission and power delivery over existing cabling. For areas requiring higher camera density, the customer also used the Honfu HFP2X1 1-to-2 PoE splitter, allowing two PoE cameras to connect to a PoE switch or NVR through a single Cat5e/6 network cable, reducing additional cabling work and improving installation flexibility.
